Activities
Recreational activities for the elderly are essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. Special programs in nursing homes provide an ongoing offering of activities designed to reach the interests of the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
TLC Nursing Center's activity program is planned and administered by a nationally-certified Activity Director. We also have well-trained activity assistants and caring compassionate staff, as well as dedicated volunteers, who love to be involved with daily activities. We encourage family attendance and involvement with our activities.
The variety of programs available in any nursing home depends on the health and interest of each resident. We provide a wide range of stimulating activities that meet the needs of all our residents.
